NNSW Futsal and Affiliated Clubs Summer Season Launch. 28th July 2022
WELCOME TO OUR EXISTING PLAYERS, SUPPORTERS AND NEW INTERESTED PARTIES!
It’s been a challenging two years for most of us, but things are starting to get back as numbers for our school Nationals indicate.
We will launch our Registrations open / 2022 Futsal (five a side) Summer competition on 28/7/2022. Venues at Newcastle at Genesis, formally Howzat, Broadmeadow hockey fields, Medowie School, Macquarie college at Wallsend, Maitland Basketball at Maitland, Awaba Futsal at Awab fields and this year, a new club opened at Nelson’s Bay at the PCYC. Erina High school and Pcyc Bateau Bay on the Central Coast will continue to provide services for Central Coast players.
All clubs have competitions for players from under 6 to adults. Some have all girls and mixed adults, elite male and female matches and an over 35 competition at Hockey fields. So no matter your age or ability, Competition is available for you. See our website www.nnswfutsal.com.au.

We have recommissioned Adline Sports Pty Ltd to implement a SPAWTZ Program to handle all of our affiliated club’s registration and manage all communications, scores, draws, etc., in conjunction with our centre managers. Our website will also tell you all about us, clubs and their location, cost, the rules, pathways for 6-year-old to adults, referee opportunities, and coaching opportunities. SENIORS 17 AND ABOVE HAVE BEEN INVITED THROUGH FACEBOOK TO ATTEND A GET-TOGETHER. IF YOU WISH TO KNOW AND COMPETE IN ANY OF THESE PROGRAMS. Meeting/games at Macquarie college Wallsendon Monday 18th July 2022. All and any 17, youth and seniors, men and women, to attend.
All our clubs are looking to start 1st week in September, but some clubs may start official competition a little later due to the extension of the outdoor season . Our proposed State Youth League will be postponed to the next season due to the outdoor extension of games. The new Supa Liga for seniors and the senior SNL State National League competition for men and women will start in October. Registration costs for juniors and seniors remain at $55.00 (GST included) for the whole year and have AFA admin, NNSW Futsal admin and insurance.
Shirts and game fees refer to your Futsal club, but most junior games are now $55.00, divided by the number of players you have in a team. Seniors play 20 minutes a half for $80.00 a team.
Most schools I am writing to have enjoyed the school futsal competitions we stage during the winter. We would appreciate you letting your students know of the upcoming season.
Many outdoor clubs support Futsal, and we thank them for advising their teams. New clubs, please put this on your newsletter or Facebook. We are an association /club for all clubs and wish to work with outdoor clubs to benefit their players, whether elite or community. Join us and play Futsal, whether for fun, fitness or to better oneself through the various pathways we offer.
